BOOST Phase 2: ORCHESTRATE
Turning strategy into products people want to buy
Orchestrate transforms the chosen strategic direction into front-panel packaging concepts for 3 SKUs, with logo development included if your brand identity is not yet locked. This is not final artwork, it is the commercial design concept stage enough for your team to see, discuss, approve, and move forward, before production money is spent.

7 seconds
That’s roughly how long shoppers spend deciding what deserves their attention on a retail shelf. Great packaging isn’t decoration, it’s communication under pressure.*
81%
Of consumers have tried a new product simply because the packaging caught their attention. Great design creates great opportunities.*

Who this is for — and who it isn’t
This is for you if:
✅ You’ve completed Build and are ready to move the direction into a picture
✅ You need front-panel concepts for 3 SKUs — whether your brand exists yet or not
✅ You want to see and approve the direction before committing to final production
✅ You have a buyer meeting coming up and may want the business plan add-on
This is not for you if:
❌ You already have a design template and guidelines created, and want to move ahead with the final print-ready artwork — that’s Optimise phase
❌ You haven’t done Build yet, it’s required before Orchestrate starts
❌ You already have a range, just need range architecture, planograms or launch campaigns, that’s Systemise phase onwards

Gold King Packaging Redesign Built a Strong Retail Presence
Before, Gold King leaned on traditional cues including overly complex elements with navy and gold colours in an attempt to signal premium quality, yet it felt generic.
After the rebrand, Gold King moved in a different direction: a modern, confident identity that clearly represents Australian-grown avocados before a single word is read, commanding attention at the point of sale.

Elana Collection: Stunning Packaging Design for Candles & Diffusers
Before, the Elana Collection range relied on two packaging variations: black and white, mirroring the candle vessels inside, with little distinction between scents. It was a sober and understated presence that failed to reflect the brand’s personality and made it difficult to perform at retail.
After the redesign, a unified white label anchors the brand consistency, while distinct illustrations define each SKU, giving every scent its own identity and shoppers an immediate reason to reach for their favourite.
