We make your product your best sales tool
Creative specialists helping retail ranges perform & sell.
From concept to loyal fans:
Packaging and launch campaign. One team, one project, about a year from idea to shelf. And we test it with real shoppers before you print a thing.
Your range is either growing the business, or quietly capping it.
For brands selling into major retailers, how you show up on the shelf influences conversion, price perception, and buyer confidence, all at once.
We develop strategic rebrands with our BOOST process, built for brands with a great product range, broad distribution, and a huge possibility ahead with the right steps, yet a real risk if you get it wrong.
And we don’t hand over a pack and wish you luck. We build the launch around it too.

What we see on shelf, over and over.
Almost all of it is fixable. Very little of it gets fixed.
01
Ranges that don’t connect
SKUs designed at different times end up looking like different brands.
02
Colour blocking ignored
Shoppers read colour before your logo. Use it to guide, not decorate.
03
Claims in the wrong order
Lead with what the shopper needs most, not what you’re proudest of.
04
The wrong range structure
It costs you thousands in packs, dead stock and reprints.
05
No master template
One template linked to its sources makes every update quick.
06
Designers behind on AI
We use AI for mockups, template automation and reliable filing.
Nodding at two or more? That’s exactly what we fix.
Not your first range. Not ours either.

Gold King
Before, Gold King leaned on traditional cues like navy, gold, and overly complex iconography in an attempt to signal premium quality. After, Gold King moves into a modern, confident identity that clearly represents Australian-grown avocados before a single word is said, commanding attention at the point of sale.

Elana Collection
Before, the Elana Collection range relied on just two packaging variations — black or white, mirroring the candle vessels inside, with little distinction between scents. The result was a sober, understated presence that failed to reflect the personality of the range and made identification at retail unnecessarily difficult. After the redesign, a unified background anchors the brand while distinct colours define each SKU, retaining the signature seal while giving every scent its own identity.
Packaging without a launch is half the job.

We ask your shoppers first. Then we design.
Opinions are cheap. A launch isn’t.
Before design
Strategic questionnaires with your target consumers test the product idea, positioning and benefits.
After design
We test the chosen packaging with them again, before it goes to print.
You launch with evidence, not a gut feeling, that the numbers will work.

BOOST Case Studies

Gold King Packaging Redesign Built a Strong Retail Presence
Before, Gold King leaned on traditional cues including overly complex elements with navy and gold colours in an attempt to signal premium quality, yet it felt generic.
After the rebrand, Gold King moved in a different direction: a modern, confident identity that clearly represents Australian-grown avocados before a single word is read, commanding attention at the point of sale.

Elana Collection: Stunning Packaging Design for Candles & Diffusers
Before, the Elana Collection range relied on two packaging variations: black and white, mirroring the candle vessels inside, with little distinction between scents. It was a sober and understated presence that failed to reflect the brand’s personality and made it difficult to perform at retail.
After the redesign, a unified white label anchors the brand consistency, while distinct illustrations define each SKU, giving every scent its own identity and shoppers an immediate reason to reach for their favourite.

Do you actually a redesign?
6 Quick questions for you to answer honestly. If you say yes to most of these, it is worth a call.
If not, it might not be the right time yet. If unsure, e-mail us and we will help you be sure.
1. Does your packaging look similar to competitors in the same category?
2. Do different SKUs in your range look like they belong to different companies?
3. Have you struggled to justify a price point against what’s on shelf?
4. Would you hesitate before putting your packaging next to your newest competitor’s?
5. Has a buyer, investor, or new hire reacted less enthusiastically to your packaging than to the product itself?
6. Are you about to launch with no campaign plan and no consumer feedback behind it?
Our principles when redesigning:
We always start by understanding what you’re currently doing right and what you could be doing better.
Your packaging has to be your best-performing salesperson.
70% of purchasing decisions happen at the point of sale: more than your ads, your sales deck, and your trade marketing combined. Packaging rated genuinely differentiated converts at up to 30% higher rates than packaging rated unappealing (POPAI / Nielsen).
The evolution beats the revolution when it’s deliberate.
A redesign budget without a strategic direction might make it worse: don’t go with any company. Change for its own sake can underperform, but redesigns that evolve the existing brand, keeping shoppers’ mental map of the pack while sharpening it, consistently outperform.
Ask before you invest.
Redesigning and launching a range is a big bet. We’d much rather find out what shoppers think before the print run than after it. Testing ideas and designs with real consumers is the cheapest insurance you’ll ever buy.
The 85/15 rule
On most systems we build, most of your packaging design stays completely consistent across every SKU in the range including logo colours and application, colour blocking, layout, typography. That’s what makes a range read as one system of the same family.
The remaining space signals the difference between variants, enough for shoppers to navigate the range quickly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Below are our most frequently asked questions, but you can always reach out to us with additional questions you may have on our contact page.
-
1. What are product rebranding services?
Product Rebranding Services help businesses refresh or reposition an existing product by updating elements such as its brand identity, packaging, messaging, visual design, or market positioning. The goal is to make the product more relevant and competitive while retaining valuable brand recognition where appropriate.
-
2. What does a packaging rebrand agency do?
A Packaging Rebrand Agency reviews how an existing product is presented and develops a refreshed packaging strategy that better reflects the brand, product positioning, and target market. This may involve updating the visual identity, packaging hierarchy, messaging, or the entire product range.
-
3. Why is rebranding important for FMCG products?
In competitive retail environments, packaging and branding can strongly influence how quickly consumers notice and recognise a product. An FMCG Rebranding Agency can help refresh a product's identity, improve shelf impact, and create a clearer connection with the intended audience.
-
4. Can an FMCG rebrand be applied across an entire product range?
Yes. A rebranding strategy can be developed for multiple products or SKUs to create a consistent visual system across the range while maintaining clear differentiation between individual products, flavours, formats, or categories.
-
5. How can product rebranding improve retail performance?
Effective rebranding can improve product visibility, clarify what the product offers, strengthen brand recognition, and help it better connect with the intended audience. The impact is strongest when the strategy considers both the brand's existing equity and the competitive retail environment.
-
6. Do you only do packaging design?
No. We don't sell packaging without a launch campaign, or a campaign without the packaging. A pack only performs when the launch around it comes from the same strategy, so we always deliver both.
-
7. How long does a project take?
Most retail product launches with us take about 12 months, from consumer research and strategy, through design and print, to the launch campaign and the months after it hits shelf.
-
8. How do you use consumer research?
We run strategic questionnaires with your target consumers twice: before design, to test the product idea, positioning and benefits, and after design, to test the packaging before print. It's how we check the launch is set up to be profitable, not just pretty.
